To the best of my knowledge, I think this is pretty good now.
I cleaned up the ground shadow. It is intended to be deliberately unnatural, but it had also been oddly shaped.
The claws and such are somewhat reduced in intensity - a neat trick I will use will be to make them suddenly become much brighter when he attacks.
Trust me, that animation trick will look good.

great now just replace the nightgaunt with my avatar in the mist form and the undead will be playable again...
im sinning but im winning at the same time/took a couple shots from a coward tryin ta take mine/back in the hood wit a chopper an a tech nine... im doin 100 on the hi way/u doin the speed limit then get the f*ck outta my way...

Here's the compare between all existing things. Note that I really like the wraith/spectres, and even the ghost, more or less, and do not want them to change.
About the only thing I am not fond of is the pink swords, but... they're ok.
They are worlds better than the bats that share the same color.

if you can do to the nightguant the same thing you did to the shadow that would be amazing, but make it more like the avatar that i got instead of the picture in the game...

Errr... I don't really understand other poster's comments about claws, face, etc. Almost all I see here is one indistinguishable smudge. I'm not sure I'd recognise this as a unit at all, were it not for the health bar and orbs. I think this graphic needs more definition, don't you?
And I really like the old ghost. Maybe make that one less substantial if ghosts need a change at all?
