What feels really 'oof' to me: The war with the wizard doesn't get resolved, not even to a level where you know who the wizard is. Or even what forces the wizard commands. I am not a coder and don't know where to go to even do that. 1) In the War_of_the_Jewel/maps directory, find the "37_Forces_Of_Nature" map. 2) Open it with notepad or textedit or whatever. 3) Find the Rmp^Ms. There's only one. I just removed the "^Ms" part and saved and it loads...

For now I'll just answer a few of the questions, I'll try to get everything later. :) I don't remember why I chose to do it this way, perhaps I thought it was clearer. What's the issue with resetting to turn 1? Problems with savefiles? Yes, by resetting the turn number, the autosaves get overwritten...

Don't worry, I commited the same mistake for years (that's like 3-5 times) in a boss fight of AtS (After the Storm). XD

S1 letting us advancing -> letting us advance / allowing us to advance Why does the allied leader not attack units next to him? I wasn't really happy with how badly I did in the first scenario, so I tried a few more times. S2 (I'm not sure if this just my preference about 3 periods instead of just 2...

I'm still stuck at 'Pushback' and have no idea if this was fixed since 1.5.3. According to the scenario objectives I only lose if Haldrad dies.
