Graphics problem

Hello, I have a recurring problem, in some scenarios unit sprites are not visible and now I have this:

however I know the scenario works by the screenshot of the friend:

How can I fix it?

Did you have the add-on installed or did you join the game and your friend had the add-on installed?

I have it installed, I even went to my documents, deleted contents of cache folder, unistalled and reinstalled addon, problem persists.

Maybe you could tell which add-on it was.
