out of synch errors for other players on games after instals

1) windows xp professional fully patched as of a couple days ago - i just checked windows update page and there are no new high priority updates (version 2002, service pack 3)
2) latest version of wesnoth downloaded today 1.8.3 - language used in game, hmm not sure what that means but im from england so use english
3) well i downloaded 1.8.3 today and then installed some addons from the add on menu, mainly i installed all of the mp era addons and the faction addons with maybe 4+ other addons like the two shrine maps that i also had the problem on...
i load wesnoth and then load multiplayer, log in - takes a long time to load reading unit files, create a game in multiplayer lobby set the era to default map settings default select my team and character wait for all others to join then start game and all players except me get oos errors, i have installed orocia deep shrine and orocia holy shrine, tried holy shrine and it gave oos errors on default era to other players not me same with isars cross which is an in built scenario, but so are the era default in built so there should be no oos errors
oos = out of synch errors

4) savegame is below as well as the stderr.txt

note i have other versions of wesnoth installed, under program files i can see the following folders...
Battle for Wesnoth 1.6.5
Battle for Wesnoth 1.7.0
Battle for Wesnoth 1.7.15-1.8rc1
Battle for Wesnoth 1.8.3

in my start bar under programs i have the following folders relating to wesnoth...
Battle for Wesnoth 1.7.15-1.8rc1
Battle for Wesnoth
Battle for Wesnoth 1.8.3

cant find a forth folder.
i think the wesnoth folder above with no numbers after it is 1.6.5 the stable version.
i checked the 1.7.0 folder in program files and it must have been uninstalled because it only has a userdata folder and stderr.txt in it but all other versions (3) are still installed

Most likely there's a bug with one (or more) of the eras you downloaded that allows a mainline unit to advance to a unit not in mainline. For example, Ageless era had a bug that allowed Orcish Grunt to advance to Orcish Fireline even if you use Default era, and that in turn caused OOS errors in Default era game for people without Ageless era, as Orcish Fireline is not in Default era.

What unit did it give OOSes for? Era of Two Suns caused OOSes with WCs up until recently, if I am not mistaken. Either way, as shadowblack said, it's probably an era or something causing that. If you feel brave enough, remove what you have and add them one by one until you find out which add-on causes error with which units, and possibly report it to the add-on creator/maintainer.
