Having Trouble With Another Player...

Alright first if this is in the wrong area which it may very well be I apologize, but forums can be so confusing There's this guy who just keeps bothering me. He keeps flaming me. I blocked him. He made a new name and kept whispering me, spamming me and what not. I have several screen shots of him in the act. He's really making the game unpleasant for me. There never seem to be any admin on. Not that I'd know who they WERE! It'd b cool if there were a sign next to their name saying "ADMIN!" haha... But yea I just need to talk to someone and frankly I don't know who to talk to. I don't want to name names out on the forum, but everyone I ask privately doesn't know... and everyone that I ask in-game doesn't know... so this is truly my last resort. Please don't attack me because what I'm doing now will almost certainly make some people angry at me. I even looked on the forum for like a list of the admin staff and couldn't find anything that helped me...
