Q1: I am not sure, but I think you do not need an era for computer player. What is an era faction? A set of units, and a set of leaders... but you can directly specify both leader and units for the computer player.
Q2: You can write a WML code which will teleport any unit from place A to place B. The problem is that computer player will not understand this... if he randomly steps on place A, he will be teleported to place B... but he will not know that he should step on the place A in order to get there; or that he should avoid putting his leader to place A (well, this can be fixed if you forbid computer player from moving his leader).
Q3: The way is obviously not blocked enough. Units can move between the walls.
Hm, this is a quick fix, maybe you will like it: Make the teleport work only for human players. Build the wall from a special terrain, which will be impassable to human units, but passable for computer units. So computer will just send his units through the wall, and humans will have to use teleports. I am not sure how exactly to do this, but if you like the idea, someone will probably help.

appleide, I have looked through those links, but I still don't understand how to do it, I use Window XP and editor to make maps, really nooby, I know nothing about coding, where do I edit the code? do I open my map with notepad and edit them? Omg, I'm so nooby.

Q2: WML? I don't know how to code, and I can't understand those wiki, do you mean I open my map with notepad and edit the code using WML style?
