Multiplayer Server VERY Unstable

I posted this on the GNA as well. I'm using version 1.1.14. Almost every multiplayer game I play ends with me disconnecting. At first, I thought it was an issue with my connection. At this point, I'm pretty sure that it's not. Has anyone else experienced this?
