game install problem

just finnished installing newest version, tried to load and got this message.

Don't install over an existing version - either uninstall the old one first or install to a new location.

just got a c++runtime error saying abnormal game process while trying to get to the load game menu. also it quit my campaign when trying to load ingame.

Not all old saves work.

i dont have any old saves.
i deleted the whole wesnoth folder from program files.
