So, I see on the wiki that there is supposed to be a mainline campaign called Winds of Fate using the drakes, but I don't see it in my game. Using the steam version. Anyone know what's up?

What version you are playing?
You can see it after you start the game in the bottom left corner.

Winds of Fate is part of the game client package of campaigns as of Wesnoth 1.18.0. It should be available on installation.
