Sure though the currently used picture for the shadow doesn't seem very "idle"
I think it's better to use the same arms as the nightgaunt for idle and use the arms on the shadow for attack.

OK... so now you have a grey furry demon with its tongue sticking out. :)
:) ha "nightaunt"

poo. These graphics are good, but they just aren't right for the shadow.

It's like that "burning ghost" that this was incidentally derived from. [censored] for a ghost, but would be very cool for a fire elemental.

ironically, you have inadvertently created animations for that thing, too - just shift the color back to firey, and we suddenly have fire elementals level 1 and 2. And it's great for them to possess this shape, too.

Personally I like this shadow a lot better than Jetryl's. It looks cool although it isn't very shadowy, it seems very corporeal. It also looks very similar to a certain fire spirit/elemental you did a while ago. ;-)

Shadow != corporeal.
It's all fun and games until someone loses a lawsuit. Oh, and by the way, sending me private messages won't work. :/ If you must contact me, there's an e-mail address listed on the website in my profile.

Why not just making it semi-transparent? This way, it wouldn't look corporeal :)

Then, it will look like a big, hulking, MONSTER that isn't even substantial. Not very good IMO.

Making the troll transparent doesn't make it seem not corporeal. The same IMHO applies here.

The old shadow wouldn't realy work; it would either be a thick black ink-like mass or a flat shadow; wich both would look ugly; I made it a thick pack of evil fog stuff wich makes it fit in more with the pre-leveld ghost.

I don't think anyone likes the old shadow... but IMHO Jetryl's shadow is better than yours... yours is good, but its not very shadowy. His seems more shadowlike, somehow.
