1.8 Ghost Userdata Folder

Wesnoth 1.8 English

So I installed 1.8 and used the My Games/Wesnoth1.8 path for userdata and I start up 1.8 and go to the add-ons. I proceed to download Galactic Empires, but when I try to find it in the My Games folder, there is no Wesnoth1.8 folder. From here I try the quick search in the start menu, but no success. Now I do a full system search and I still can't find the Wesnoth1.8 folder. I know it has to be somewhere because Galactic Empires loads and it is in my "remove add-ons" list.

After awhile of searching everywhere I could think possible, even turning on hidden files and folders, I re-install 1.8 and choose the same directory for userdata. The Wesnoth1.8 folder now appears in My Games, but the game is still using this other ghost folder for UMC and I have no clue where the heck it is! It also still says that I have Galactic Empires installed, and it is not in the Wesnoth1.8 folder.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this, or can at least tell me where my UMC folder *might* be...?
