The "Remove add-ons" button doesn't seem to be working.

Post by Menos »

Any time I try to remove an add-on I just get a "File was not found" message.

I realize this has something to do with add ons, but it doesn't seem to be a problem with a specific add on, so I figured it went here.

I forget the version number, but I'm using the current stable branch.
Thanks in advance. :D

I had the same problem, you can go into your userdata folder and delete the folder of the add on you want removed, if you don't know where it is, let us know which operating system your using.

Which Wesnoth version are you using? This should be fixed in 1.5.6 at least.

@Shadow Master: 1.4.0 I assume, the wesnoth folder just says 1.4

@p0ss: If I delete the folders, will it leave entrys in the "remove add ons" list that don't refer to anything, or is it more or less the same as removing them via the button?

It shouldn't leave anything.
