Enabling of Summary Uploads Isn't Static

When I check the "Summary Uploads" box, and then quit Wesnoth, and return, the "Summary Uploads" box is not checked.

Works fine here. How do you quit wesnoth?

With the "Quit" button, not the window X.

Could it be a "read-only" problem?
