Does it mean that: a) the strings are not translated in PO file (i.e. they are "translated" as empty strings), or b) the strings are translated in PO file, but they do not appear anyway? I'm translator to russian :), and I really translated this strings. Only names of traits and abilities...

I found in helpbook little bug. In Game's Tutorial on Russian translation names of Abilities and Traits not dispayed. You can see this in attached screenshot.
This is only on russian translation.
