I always make some units and then I go to some villages for gold, and then I attack(I am not telling excactly how I attack )

Ok, i am new in the game.I want to play it multiplayer but when I go to the ofiicial servers the servers are different colors...And I can only join the green servers.Maybe it's from my computer- it's very very very slow :( :( and meybe the servers are too fast for me?!Can someone help me please :roll:
