What to do with "useless" XP?
I read here, that devs don't want to allow "super-units", and that's OK. However I think, that doing nothing with gained XP over maximum lvl is something to discuss.
The main reason I want to do something with it is that people learn all their lives and there are always skills to learn.
Here's my idea:
After unit reaches it's last possible lvl, it can lvl up, but not the way it happens on early lvls. After each 200-500XP (I'm not sure how much should it be) unit could get one "bonus" given randomly: nothing, extra skill, extra hp, extra dmg. However I think it should not raise unit's lvl, because the improovment is not so radical as it is for regular advancement. I hope it's mot too dificult to code...

We could have:
- More hp (maybe a percentage of the base hp of the unit)
- One more attack
- One more movement
- More damage on one of the attacks (again, maybe a percentage of the unit's base)
And i don't want to meddle with resistances. Finally we could rule than none of these could be given twice in a row, or that the unit must recieve each of them before start repeating.

This has already been proposed and even implemented. Though it doesnt use a random bonus. You just have to edit every unit to add the bonus. To create a random bonus would probably be possible, it would just take some more coding.
