Main Screen Text-Size Controls
See also viewtopic.php?t=38197 (Enlarged Story Line Text?)
ISSUE: Currently there are two ways to adjust text size, both in Preferences.
1. Display: Pixel multiplier.
1. Add controls for either or both (Pixel Multiplier/Font Size) on the main battle display screen sidebar (directly above the [End Turn] button), or in the screen-top info menu.
2. Create hotkeys to allow dynamic resizing during game play.
My preference would be Option 2 or 3 (using Font Size Scale control), although I wonder what that might do to the display if actions are going on when the hotkey is pressed. If not too difficult, perhaps the sidebar data boxes could be enlarged as well or make to size dynamically?

Control has no effect for me. I'm running in full-screen on a Mac (1440 x 900).
2. Advanced: Font Size Scale (Experimental)
Works fine, although at 115%+ magnification, skill level data (in sidebar) is unreadable (must hover over box to see).
SUGGESTED MODIFICATION OPTIONS 1. Add controls for either or both (Pixel Multiplier/Font Size) on the main battle display screen sidebar (directly above the [End Turn] button), or in the screen-top info menu.
2. Create hotkeys to allow dynamic resizing during game play.
(Alt + for Expand, Alt - for Reduce) and
(Cmd + for Expand, Cmd - for Reduce)
if both controls are hot-keyed.
3. Both options 1 and 2.(Cmd + for Expand, Cmd - for Reduce)
if both controls are hot-keyed.

Re: Main Screen Text-Size Controls
Even with default fonts some units do not fit in sidebar. It is possible to create theme with more space for elements, but I believe it is not possible to make it dynamic.
