At http://wesnoth.slack.it/?WesnothPlayerLocations you have to click on the link that says "Edit This Page",
all the way down at the bottom. Then you will be able to modify the page.

do you need to have lattitude and longitude? or would the town/state be enough?

If you read the page linked to, it is clear you need the latitude and longitude. They are very easy to get, though, and there are links on that wiki page to different sites that will give you latitude and longitude if you put in your town.

About the server, you can't join when in your nick you have a _

This is really poor for me because, i'm have to change my nick, and people will confond me.

I can understand, that you don't want to have some Bizaroid names, but you know...
