Hello, How can i publish faccions in Add-ons.wesnoth.org?

You write a .pbl file for the add-on you create then you hit add-ons. At the bottom of the list an option to upload your add-on will appear.

You can find more information, along with step-by-step instructions, at the Wiki under "Distributing Content". For instance, it has a link to a page all about the .pbl file that you'll need to publish your add-on. Happy creating!
