is their a user freindly program i can use to fully install my new units? ive got all the art done but is their a program i can use to peice it all together? i cant use WML that well and im hoping to get my guys off the ground..

Not really, sorry. You'll either have to learn to cope with WML or get someone to do that part for you (unlikely, unless you have exceptionally cool unit ideas). Luckily, it should be pretty easy to copy some existing unit's .cfg and edit it to use your images, change the stats, sounds, attacks, etc. I suggest you at least try it, and post back if you run into some specific trouble.
