hey, know what? This is actually not bad. Sure, it can't be compared with mainline portraits, but imo, it's good enough to be used in UMC. You could work more on the eyes - they should be higher and be more symmetrical. You see, eyes are almost exactly in the center of human face, yours are to low. And ears are not symmetrical too.
Oh, I'm sorry, did I break your concentration?

His left ear(our right) will be moved up and so will his eyes, thanks.

I think he'd look better if he was actually holding something in his right hand. An arrow, or a sword. It just looks unnatural this way.

I know I'll regret even bothering, but... his arms and hands aren't even close to the same size or length.

Wut.

Well, the eyes could be lower like that if the character is looking slightly downwards, which is imho good, because that way he (or she?) looks like he is ready to move forward to attack.
His body seems to be leaning back a little, and it seems he has weight on his rear leg, I think this might actually be quite a good fighting pose.
However, if you look at the eyes, his right eye seems to be looking more directly at the viewer and his heft eye seems to be more to the side, which makes the face look a little bit deformed.
In order to help you correct it, I suggest flipping the eyes and the nostrils in the face.
Like I did in the attached picture, and also I pasted a little reference there, which might inspire you to do something about his right ear, maybe remove it from the picture, as it would probably be invisible behind his head.

Maybe he is using himself as a reference, like, you know, Ellisae was drawing bit longer than average arms.
