Huh ? Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean. It was just a random remark btw, nothing really serious... as long as I don't come across some berserk + no-counter-attack unit. :D

Version 1.4.3 of To Lands of Unknown has been released. This update to the 1.8.x version makes it compatible with recent versions of the Era of Magic. Of course, 1.4.3 now requires a recent version of the Era of Magic.

If you are having trouble downloading the Era of Magic from the addons server or wish to download xdelta patches, you can download them from SourceForge.

In the Map Editor of 1.9.6 one of the terrains is not showing for some reason (see screenshot). I have the latest version of the campaign and the star3.png image is there, so I have no idea why it is not showing properly in the editor.

That's because the binary path is not imported in the map editor. It works fine in game, so there's no need to be concerned.

Incidentally, as a result of other changes, the svn version will display the terrain for you in the map editor now, so your problem will be resolved in the next release.

I found a bug in the fifth scenario (Fire Canyon):
You can recruit Water Elementals, but not Fire Elementals. In light of the dialogue, this is surely a misprint. the problem is in line 29 of the scenario's cfg (Mehir's recruiting list).
EDIT: Attached corrected cfg file.

I'm not sure why you can recruit water elementals, but not recruiting fire elementals is correct. The scenario grants them after you seize the keep on the other side of the first bridge.

I just finished this campaign today. I have to say it was really good. I played through on normal and it was perfectly balanced.The scenarios were not to hard that I couldn't beat it after a few tries but not to easy either. I also thought the story was really great to. All the respect to the guys that worked on it. Great campaign, can't wait for another one, if there is another one haha.

2) Regarding 'most powerful beings': I believe Nomolas is stronger then Rashti, since she is one of many Ultimate Beings. Anyway, it all depends in your definition of 'land': if by land you mean just Al-kajima, then Nomolas is probably the most powerful. If by land you mean the continent, I have no idea (though since Guru lives in a floating isle it is logical that it is Nomolas since the isle isn't part of the continent).

To Lands Unknown v1.5.4 and v1.4.4 are now available!

1.5.4 features tilification of parts of a couple of scenarios' maps and a Polish translation made by inferno8 himself. Since 1.5.4 no longer has a certain compatibility hack, 1.9.4 and below are no longer supported.

1.4.4 just features updates to keep it compatible with the latest version of the Era of Magic.

Note that both 1.5.4 and 1.4.4 need version 0.14.0 of the Era of Magic.

The translation source is missing - you need to have po file instead of mo in svn.
I'd also like to ask you for pot file, in order to work on Russian translation.

I have downloaded the German .po and started translating it. "Nach unbekannten Landen" (NuL
After far too long an absence, I have returned.
According to the quiz 100% Silver Mage (85% Archmage, 75% Shyde, 67% Flameheart and Ancient Wose,58% Assassin, Troll Warrior and Berserker). And my top score is exactly how I see myself.

Sorry, from where did you download po? Here (https://wesnoth-umc-dev.svn.sourceforge ... anslations) I see only a single mo file, for Polish.
