Got extra artistic energy? Other games to contribute to...

Also there is a fairly small amount of inventiveness to be used in futuristic as it's been done before, anyway the futuristic games mostly have the stunning graphics nowadays. There aren't, as far as i know, many 3rd person RPGs, plenty of hack-slash type games, but i imagine it only to certain amount of fighting. If we can strike the right balance it'd be great. Like rather then having monsters appear out of nowhere to fight you. You may occasionally come across say a patrol, but mostly fight them in the many different quests. But we have to find a 3d artist. The way i see it we should have a small amount of objectives to make, to make it playable, and then load on the fancy stuff once we have the basic structure inplace, like it be cool to have horses, but that would make the game a lot harder to make. So oncee we have a working game then you can add these.

Disto wrote:Make a website, just learn that, and say you need these etc. etc. And they will come in time, it'd be cool to learn how to do 3d but i firstly don't have the software and secondly don't know where to get it, but i would be your 2d graphics designer if it got off the ground.
Yes i agree with you totally there, preferably another programmer and 3d artist. Music is not necessary compared to the others but still important. But you would need to find Webspace and i don't know if Martenzo has one but a good name also. If your desperate for a forum there is always one here. Or always what they are contemplating, using fudforum

I think martenzo(its right person, right?) should regrister(its not too hard, ive regristred) and regrister project.
P.S.:if somebody did that before please give more informations

Yes, you can make a homepage (and thus upload files to your webspace, but I think its limited) and make a forum there. First you have to submit an application for your project (which will need a name) and then pending the project gets accepted, you'll get webspace, CVS, and all that jazz for free. Can't get a much better deal than that.tomsik wrote:*cough*sourceforge*cough*

I think that a homepage in wiki or sourceforge won\t be neccecary, because I have a registered server at my own gomputer, no limitations of space etc. at all. I only need to learn how to use mambo control panel efficiently.
me: Welcome to the real world. If everyone says your art and opinions suck, it's because they DO suck. Even if you're too damned proud/stupid/both to realize it.
