Weapon Graphics
I noticed in Wiki that there were a few Weapon graphics that needed finishing up.
My original intent was to make a Crossbow graphic since C33 is working on Dwarven Crossbowmen, but I got off-track.
I did 2 Weapon graphics: Wail and Net. If these can be put to use, great, and if they aren't needed then oh well (I didn't spend too much time on them
). It's the thought that counts, right?

Re: Weapon Graphics
There is alreay an orc Xbowman so the crosbow graphic would be usefull anyway.Your graphic look nice.Gafgarion wrote:I noticed in Wiki that there were a few Weapon graphics that needed finishing up.

Never tell a dwarf that he shortchanged you!

Hehe I did note a few inaccuracies on the Wiki page, so I checked the latest CVS. I had done a Lightning graphic thinking it, from the Wiki page, that it hadn't been done, but I checked the CVS and found that there, in fact, was one (a cooler looking one than mine I might addChristophe33 wrote:There is alreay an orc Xbowman so the crosbow graphic would be usefull anyway

I think the mask should still be there. It looks cool and it would be hard to realize what the weapon is otherwise, IMHO. Left to right might look better, but I don't really have an opinion about this.Circon wrote:Personally, I'd put the wail from left to right, and without the face. it looks like a theater mask. My 2 øre.
I touched up the Wail picture a bit.

I agree totally about the weights and the drop shadow. You wouldn't happen to have a picture/information of/about a real weighted net lying around, would you? I ask because I'm not sure what material the weights would be made out of (lead?) and the gleam that they would give off.fmunoz wrote:Sorry I forgot to update the wiki
Yo should add "drop shadow" to the net and maybe make the weigths larger and not "all black"
