Well i decided to dump the beard, it didn't look good and now he is much better then with it in my opinion. I will deal with the shield next.

edit: mimic Jetryl's shading of the shield.

Modded and added the head to Pillager and Warrior. Only thought's is that the helmet might be too tall.

Warrior version with several changes. The head seemed too far to the left; the sword's perspective has been changed slightly; the shield is angled in a more realistic way; the arm is now bent at the elbow rather than curved; the diagonal strap, which was straight, is now slightly curved; The shading on the body, arms and legs has been touched up somewhat; the shadow, which was a blob, is now a shadow-shaped shape.

What's everyone think of these changes?

They are good. Another thing to do would be to move his shadow further back (relative to him).

Done this thing, and made his torso fatter and less rectangular.
