Opening Dwarven Doors

Just published an update, most notable is an extra scenario near the end to try to round out the alliance between humans and Knalga a bit more, I've played through it on hard and think it is at the level it should be, I"ll keep doing some testing in case other difficulties need adjusting. If anyone finds any bugs please advise.

Just made what I think are final revisions, mostly tightening some time limits which were too generous before, little bit of dialogue stuff. At this point don't think new changes are going to come up on the campaign.
