I'm stuck at the tutorial, i raided the full caves, arrested the rogue characters, got the king rat and the ring, and the game doesn't advance. What did I miss?

this is beautiful, flush with art in every situation. if wesnoth was worth playing this would be its heart. even the "mis"spellings are beautiful.

I think I recently played it. The intro was quite interesting. I then entered a tunnel, though,
and there are some cave dwellers? When they attack they insta-inflict 22 damage which
kills my main hero. Then the campaign keeps on incrementing, oddly enough, per turn,
until turn 41 is reached. Then it ends. There was nothing I could do against the 22 damage,
so hopefully I have not mixed up the campaigns, but wherever those cave dwellers are,
is right now IMO a deadlock bug, since there is nothing that can be done to avoid that
damage and losing the game, hence an insta-auto-loss. (I am not sure whether that is
even the right campaign, I was searching for Tunnel rats map.)
