If you already captured all the villages and small outpost, you may have enough force to win the battle.
Maybe 2-3 units could be added. I don't think you need so many extra high level units.
(If your elf is still level 1, you should try to advance her.)

Version 0.3.0, 1.18 port uploaded to the addon server.
- 1.18 port
- add new naga units
- fix some dune units
- bugfix: status of village/outpost guard will be kept after the battle
- changes internal mechanism of hp/maxhp of a troop
- add achievements (one is bit difficult, others are not difficult)
- modify behaviour counting formula
- fix minor typos
- add a new mission to get fame somewhat swiftly
- issue warning at the main outpost when food is in short supply
(edit: Mar 3) version 0.3.0a uploaded. One of achievements (not a difficult one) is set hidden.

Hehe, tried on the hardest diff, and after a tough start, the second fort falls to an unbreakable siege!
