Updated guide: wesnoth_editor is now also created.

Unfortunetly my server died so i can't upload and share new package for now

. I'll upload it as soon as server will be back alive.

Updated instructions - now they are only for gcc 3.x.
Updated patch, and uploaded old 2.x patches (last forum problems removed them) for historical record.
