If dwarves reduce in size they won't have legs. The only choice is making the humans bigger, the same as elves or more.

Well the point is that you should only post thing you do know are OK to post. If in doubt, don't post.

I think fair use allows you to post something for academic review as long as you acknowledge the copyright and don't try to violate it.
