I need help with creating map for scenario, pl. help.

Hello all. Some time ago i began learn WML and began create campaign. But in one day, when i fix WML in scenario, i thought about idea for this campaign, and i no liked this idea. People said: " Who can create, that can't think the idea and who can't create, that can think the idea. " ( as I ). I wrote post on one forum and peoples give good idea. But now i have trouble. i can't create map for first scenario. Please help.
In centre of map mast be strong sity. Near with it must be sea. Big roads must go to N-E, E and S. Map is the sity of Glamdrol ( north from Elensefar ). My english so poor, but i think you can understand me. Please help.

Glamdrol is an orcish city, it is not quite sure wether it was taken or founded by the orc - at least I've rediscovered that while playing "An Orcish Incursion".
I made a map for glamdrol in the believe that the orcs has always been there and founded glamdrol in the outscapes of a mountain. But this is proably not what you are looking for.

Making a map is fairly easy. There is mapeditor which should be easy to use. All you have to do is to select the tiles and "paint" the map. Than you will have to save your map in your campaign folder, in a map supfolder. If you really want to make a campaign, creating map is imho the easiest part of it.

I think, that town not orcish. After orcish incursion more time run out. If you see the map in the main menu, there the town of Nortern Aliance, and on NE you can see town Rogmir, it's Nortern Akiance too. ( that i think about it )

P.S. If you will help with this map it will be great. I know, how paint in Wesnoth. But i don't like my variation of this map ( how i do it ). I asked for help members of this forum, because any wesnothians can create map of this town better than i

P.P.S. I know many about WML-programming. I help some people with WML (we create another campaign now). But i don't forget my dreams about my campaign. I created main.cfg, utils, units. Done portraits of general heroes. But before beginning creating scenario, i need map of Glamdrol.

I think, that town not orcish.

In the "Northlands" topic of Wesnoth Encyclopedia's geography section, it is said:

"Glamdrol: An Orcish tribal capital"

Exactly. I think that was the reason why I made the city orcish in World of Wesnoth. SL-KoL-yaN you can download the scenario World of Wesnoth you can feel free to use the map if you like it.

I needn't map of wesnoth. i need scenario map of Glamdrol. If on this forum members can't help me ( i can't tell you all well. My english so poor ), then i ask for help on other forums and groups of Wesnoth ( maybe Russian wesnothians can help me. ) Thanks for help.

That's what he's talking about as well. The add-on is called "World of Wesnoth" and there is a map called "Glamdrol" there. You just need to download the World of Wesnoth add-on and go into its /maps/ subfolder and there will be a file called "glamdrol.map". That's it.
