that means that the "Ruins of Lost Empires" cant possible be meant because dont even know yet that they exist
It says that they captured a group of fortifications in the mountains, and the first mountains you find are in Ruins of the Lost Empires. In the prologue, you don't know what mountains it is referring to, but the first wooden keeps are certainly not in mountains.
does that mean that it isnt a bug, but just normal and i dont have to worry about it?
Yes. It was indended and you can have profit from it, use for example The Black Ring to get ranged plague with Javelineers.
also does that mean that a javelineer wouldnt receive this bonus to his ranged attack?
Yes. Pilum Master and Dwarvish Guardian line receive the melee bonus for ranged attack as well.

is it intended that the village on 1,1 belongs to me from beginning in "Shatter the Defilers"?

What doesn't work?

No, but any villages on 1,1 belong to you. I will have to move that one.
why has efraim as shadowalker a ranged magic backstab attack?
I just thought that it might be interesting.

It's just so you don't keep an orcish leader to get exp.

If you're doing it in a sneaky way, you might need a lot of time. Maybe 200 turns IS exaggerated, but I did not want it to limit you by other means than preventing you from farming exp. These hight turn limits instead of unlimited turns are more important in later parts.

if i do it the sneaky way in difficult hard i have reached glubin at max 15 turns and to eliminate the other orcs i would say i need max 50 turns
thats why i would say that 100 turns would be still way more then enough
time has never been a problem in this scenario (at least not for me)
