Campain Return to Noelren senario RTN-morwyn castle

I am losing my mind I am moving around with this darn worm Hannibal and only finding dead ends. his fellowship (rats and company) is moving thought some sort of whole somewhere in the wall but I can not get him there any thoughts how to end this one?
