Etiquette question: borrowing artwork
Hi!
I'm new to the boards, and would like to work on a campaign set in a new era. The trouble is, like most would-be designers, I'm not that great of an artist, and for this reason I'm looking to borrow some artwork and modify it to serve my purposes, giving full credit to the original. I have already identified a forummer who has created some artwork that I would like to borrow, but I am not sure of how or whether it would be polite to ask him/her if I might borrow his/her artwork. I seek advice.
Thank you

Re: Etiquette question: borrowing artwork
If you mean borrow other people's wesnoth art, then (as I understand it) you don't technically need to even mention them, but it is considered proper/polite to ask before using their artwork. You can usually contact them via PMs if they are still active.
