The Initiate has too much of a black outline, and it's eys seem too tall (in the height way) for it's face. And the clothes, although they look fine how they are, should be the same color. Other than that, it looks fine.

And about the healing images... I think that it looks more like a transformation/advancement transition.

I'll keep the female for now, but now that you point that out, I will fix it eventually.

I will redo the 1st lvl tech, I doesn't look good to me either.

The glowing sword looks fairly cool the glowing boot just plain looks weird and slowing chains isn't taking much of a step forward in technology.
