cartoons allowed?

some one suggested a wesnoth cartoon to me, and I was wondering whether such things were allowed in the wesnoth forum? because no where in the posting guidelines does it say such things are disallowed, so I was just asking, what is the details?

Depends on what you mean by “cartoon”. I’m not aware of anyone making an actual animation series based on Wesnoth.

I dunno, maybe like some one posts a little stick figure cartoon here every week, making jokes about WINR.

I don’t see any problem with that (on the contrary, sometimes users and developers take themselves too seriously around here!) as long as the actual contents stick to any applicable entries in the Posting Guidelines (in particular, no rude and/or obscene language/imagery(*cough* xkcd *cough*)). I suspect the term you are looking for is “web comic”, though.

I’d prefer Off-Topic if you are able to host images off-site, but otherwise I think Users’ is more appropriate than Art Workshop as it’s not UMC art or a general “request for art critique” topic.

That... would be a political cartoon. I'm pretty sure that's not the type of cartoon we want endorsed by Wesnoth.
