I encountered a bug in the Invasion From the Unknown Campaign. Near the end of the whole thing you get to free a drake and a troll prisoner, after the drake is freed he still cannot move from his position (he's stuck). iPhone 3Gs

I am a new Wesnoth player, and play more on the iPhone than on the PC. After getting very frustrated on the Siege of Elensefar, I tried it again on my PC. Only then did I notice that some of my Level 2 people had three attack choices. Only two are visible, and the dark and thin scrollbar is not very obvious to a new user. It would really help if it could be made more obvious when there are additional attack choices. Perhaps by showing the top of the box of the third attack choice?

Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere in this thread, but many of my iPhone saves could not be selected for uploading to WesnothSync. Tapping on the names for many of the game saves does nothing. Some will upload, others will not. I can't figure out which ones.

If you are jailbroken, you can get around this by accessing the phone file system directly.

hi, i am quite new to this game but i can say that this is denfintly a great game on the iphone... however , my brother and i were using iphone 4 to play this game.. But , when we are playing online together , it crashes a lot and we cant fully finish a game... So, can anyone kindly suggest me what to do to prevent the crash when playing mulitplayer??? thanks !! :lol2:

Love this game, wonderful on both PC and my 4G iPod.

Unfortunately, just like sstackho above, I can't seem to upload games from the iPod to Sync Save. The save gaves simply don't seem to select when you tap on them, no matter what you try.

Also getting versioning issues, saves from the PC (version 1.8.5) won't play on the ipod.

As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a way to manage the saves stored on the sync save, I have a few on mine I want to clear out.

I love this game, hours and hours of fun, I just want to make it better by being able to play the _same_ campaign on my PC (with its wider screen and better stats) and on my iPod when I am away from it.

Hopefully someone out there can help me out with this. I'm on the "Source of Light" stage of the Invasion from the Unknown Ep. 1 campaign on my Ipod touch. It's from a download I got from I-tunes back in October. I'm at turn 14/59 and I can't keep the thing going. It keeps crashing. Anybody have any advice for me. I've played every campaign up to this one with no problems. Thanks for your help.

On the Under the burning suns campaign, on a stirring in the night, it freezes after i move about three of my units. Any suggestions?

Your game is the most epic game I ever played on the iPhone!

Words cannot even describe how much I have come to love this game, it is top notch. You guys rock for developing it and keep doing it, this is no ordinary game, I LOVE IT.

Waaaaaaaaaay better than Civilization in my honest opinion 8)

Whenever I try to play multiplayer, I get the error message "Remote host disconnected" after the "Reading from Server..." box opens up. The progress bar in that box is always 0%.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I've been playing single player for awhile, but I'm eager to try my talents against live players.

The iOS port is based on Wesnoth 1.6, thus uses the 1.6 MP server instance... and apparently, all instances running on Wesnoth.org (not just 1.8 ) are broken at the moment. This should be a temporary issue, anyway.

Any chance new campaigns will be added soon? I love it, but I'm running out of campaigns to play!

Ipod touch 4g. Durring LOW, my ipod keeps on freezing and even quiting in the middle of turns. Other than that it is great.

On my iPod 4g the game will crash randomly. The controls are great but can be sticky. Unit descriptions are less than satisfactory, and the overall game graphics are highly pixelated. There is also a glitch (usually involving the castle hex) in which whatever type hex bordering the castle hex can overlap it and show its hex inside the castle.

multiplayer don't work!

Hello... I just downloaded the iphone app for my iPod touch 4G

when trying to get into the multiplayer area it seems like something loads really quick then it asks me to login... then it goes to a "game lobby" where it just says "--loading game list-- except nothing ever loads... in the multiplayer tutorial it said I would have to choose a server (local or public etc) except I am never asked to make such a choice. Am I doing something wrong?

Tried to modify units config file, but didn't work.
Add advances_to=warlock into necromancer.cfg, remove AMLA rule, and create a new warlock unit cfg file. But Necromancer won't advance to Warlock after level up.
It did work on Win/Linux Version.
