Dixie - You're right, that should work, but it doesn't. fn key + F5 still activates Exposé on my iMac. I also tried Control + fn + F5, but no cache clearing happens.
That F5 isn't hardcoded.

You can change OsX's key commands with System Preferences. You should be able to change it in the Expose panel.
Feel free to PM me if you start a new terrain oriented thread. It's easy for me to miss them among all the other art threads.

I got 1.9.1 today, and am experiencing crashes I wasn't having with 1.9.0. Basically, the game crashes whenever I try to go into a local game. I tried emptying the add-on folder, but it didn't change anything. I am on Mac OSX 10.4.11. See belw for more info. Should I file a bug report? I saw nothing anywhere else in known issues or whatnot that might relate to what I am experiencing.

Actually, quitting Wesnoth clears the cache too. Or changing to fullscreen mode, then pressing F5. Anyway, Soliton fixed it on Saturday so it'll be Control+F5 like it used to be.
