I guess if i had to choose, i would go with the saurians, since the drakes are getting revamped and (hopefully) will make more sense.
I usually enjoy the variety those units offer too much to focus on if they fit in the game or not. I suppose that's because I'm not very much into the books or games where these races appear, but I think you should see it the same way.

Note that the undead units with those abilities are level 1. Humans' iluminates, cures, and elves' leadership, marksman, ... are achieved only when leveling a unit up.

Trolls arent overly strong... MAGES!,HEAVY INFANTRY!,WOSES!,Ranged attacks in general... Think people think... Also Dwarven... I dont know why theyre called dwarVISH when its clearly dwarVEN but their leader isnt that tough... Again.. Mages.. Cold attacks... Anything ranged.. Poison especially.

I personally hate the Orcish Slayers... theyre just.. you cant range attack them (poison) and you cant attack them normally because theyre ubar hard to hit..

Also... lll MK lll is growing to 12-15 members.. to join contact me.

Dwarvish Lords have ranged, so attacking them with ranged is not a surefire way to kill them. Also, after you attack on your turn, he attacks you, kills one of your units, and recruits... a dwarvish guardsman! mwahahaha!

I'd rather be your arch-nemisis.

Both OT. Why do people insist on posting in the wrong threads?

Wooses, on top of the fact that I think its wierd that elfs can recruit them, its riduclus that they can grow twice their hight in the period of a six day battel. I mean they are still trees right? A normal tree would take a decade or two to grow as mutch as the wooses do.

Gee...I think this thread was meant to be about "what enemy do you really hate fighting because they are so nasty/annoying?" not "let's have a free-for-all on complaining about units we don't think should be in the game, even though everyone knows all our opinions already and even though it's SO darn boring to have them repeated over and over."

Heh, people should be more specific when they start a thread. As for most anyoing unit to fight: Troll Warlords. I still have nightmares from the choke points and troll hordes from the origional scepter of fire map.

Now to retern to my self imposed exile...

I would disagree, and say Orcish Warlords. i was fighting one while it was on its keep yesterday, and it was insane... it took me ~3 turns to kill it while attacking it with 3 second and 3 first level units each turn! :(
I'm lucky none of the second level units died...

No. People should be more reasonable when they answer it.

a couple of days ago, me (loyalist) and demeter (dwarven) ganged up on kvinkunx (orcish). kv had just about finished me off when we agreed to a duel. My general got clobbered in two turns.

The Sovereign in A Gryphon's Tale sucks vacuum too.

But at least you're not totally gone, Kamahawk.

well, yeah the orcish warlord will beat the general in 2 turns... the point of the general is to not be strong by itself, but to lead other units. :)
