Looking for help tweaking this map
Many many months ago a friend of mine spent a few days developing a map. It was a riot to play, but not very balanced (leaned a lot towards helping drakes) so needless to say, it needed fixing. Anyone willing to contribute to making this 2 vs 2 map better would be appreciated (tips, perhaps edit it yourself, etc.) .
Please, don't tell me to go do it myself just because there's a mapmaking guide. I read it a while back and it didn't help me then. Don't tell me it sucks either, as I already know that.

The map is optically pretty nice, but it seems to be suited more for a "vs AI" map than a multiplayer map because it's really assymtetrical, not only optimal but also gameplay-wise.
The reason why drakes are overpowered is because:
1. Northwest there is a lot of desert and drakes are pretty strong there.
2. Many parts in the map are hard to access for all races except drakes. Getting over the water is a big problem on the map. There is no "water path" from the main castle to the water, so water units will be useless unless you recruit at the small castle near the water and even then they are weak because you have no water/swamp villages. So the only units that have really good movement are flying units which the drakes have most.
It will hard to 'fix' the map without changing it completely. Maybe you should just leave it as it is and make a survival or "vs AI" scenario out of it, because it's really good looking.

Thanks for the tip, I must admit I never thought of adding a water path.

Here in case you want the map as 2 vs 2 Strong CPU scenario, I attached a scenario file (needs to be in the campaigns folder). I made it for fun.
