Hm, that may explain a lot.
Above all, having several developers committing independanly increases complexity and risks, compared to the more comfortable situation of a centralized organization with only one committer. We hesitated for some time before doing this, and finally decided that if we were sufficiently cautious and synchronized, this could work.

We have not yet felt the need to split files in small parts. Contributors send patches to the mailing-list, and I review them for inclusion with vim in diff mode. Splitting files can also be a good way, that's what we did with the old translation system. But I guess you just have to find the method you are the more comfortable with. For coordination, I think that combined use of a mailing list and a wiki is best.

And despite your preoccupations, I'm glad to see the the swedish and czech teams are doing very well! :)

Could you tell more about it, or is it just a bad feeling you woke up with this morning? ;)
It's a continuing bad feeling resulting from the fact that there really is no good po-editor for macosx as yet, and I'm forced to use a plain text editor. However, since tephlon has basically taken over, and I simply send small additions to him, it's his headache.

BTW, I was not really talking about splitting up files for sep. campaigns, I think that is a good idea, but about the split-up suggested by RokStar, which seemed to be virtually endless.

Especially considering the fact that the 'swedish team' is just me and tephlon right now. I'm not even sure if anyone is helping yeti.

Our team has six members, but it's true currently I'm the only active one beause others were not able to catch up yet. I hope things will settle down a bit soon.
