Gettext for translators in Wiki

I've just added a Wiki page called GettextForTranslators in the Wiki by merging a comment by Cedric with some other stuff.

It should help Wesnoth translators to deal with the new translation system used in Wesnoth, gettext.

Please, let me know if you miss something in the page.

Nice to know that my fretting over GetText has resulted in a VERY USEFUL information page for translators.

My only grief was that this page was not found from the WIKI home page; where instead a link to the outdated WesnothTranslations is found - so I added it under Game Translations: Too chicken to remove WesnothTranslations though...

WesnothTranslations is still useful for finding information on translation coordination, and has been updated. The links have also been reorganized, to provide a "Translator information" section.
