I would like to annouce a new form of Hodorism, already shared with some of my fellow Hodorians.
It is called:
Operation: H.O.D.O.R.
An elite Special Forces strike team deploys to a game with noobish settings (wildly unbalanced map, 30-50 exp., loads of gold, etc.) and neutralizes the enemy with their turn one recruit only. This is particularly fun with AOH, as you can recruit one of each L2 Hodorian and one L1 Hodorian. The Assassin leads.
I have 3-4 such replays, I'll upload them in the near future.
Adding "Operation: H.O.D.O.R." to the list in post#1.

I will not tell you my corner / where threads don't get locked because of mostly no reason /
because I don't want your hostile disease / to spread all over the world.
I prefer that corner to remain hidden /
without your noses. -Nosebane, Sorcerer Supreme

Are they back ? I don't know but I found some rusty of them taking on some drakes on 1.2.8
and I even saw them using impact

I also heard some extremely intelligent and stronger comrades from across the river
tell rumors they can beat opponents without calling for reinforcements

best regards, nani

Right after posting the latter one another variation reached my mind and I played a match instantly.
The title that's the closest to the action you can see here might be "PacifisticYoungDavidHodorism".
Luckily I had an active opponent
Enjoy watching and best regards, nani

Here's another example for a hodor-opponent that shows an admirable attitude.
Because I played him several times I didn't have the heart to keep it 100% strict, still the unit renaming has taken place.
The replay shows YoungDavidHodorism on Hamlets vs Loyalists. I ended to be a rich man.
Thx for the game Yome.
best regards, nani

Re: The Archive of HODOR
Thought I would try this HODOR thing.
Here is my first HODOR game -- a strict Hodor
turn 7 kill on Hornshark (Is that the record for a
HODOR win on 1.4?)
I see the chance for a quick kill on turns 4-5,
and my opponent (inaptly named 'killer') is
obliging....
My opponent quit before my victory cry
of "HODOR!!"
redrum (aka yossarian)

Re: The Archive of HODOR
Two more HODOR (1 casual, 1 strict)
Still cant do it faster than 7 turns.
Its harder to kill quick on weldyn imho, 'cause the
castles are far apart, so I'm prouder of that one....
I'm gonna crack that 6 turns if it kills me...

Strict Hodor, turn 5 victory.
Turn 6 victory. pfft. 5 turn Strict Hodor on Hornshark.
As one might expect, some assistance from opponent required for a victory this quick.
Improving on this and getting to Doc Paterson's 4 turn victory is gonna take one hell of a bad opponent........ but I live in hope
redrum (aka yossarian) vs hitman
(why is it that the quality of play is usually inversely proportional to aggressiveness of the nick

<Hodor vs 300g>
This is Sparta ... erm Hodor fighting vs 300 this time
After I saw this I remembered the vs 300g-ai attempts that have been discussed once, so hodor gave it a try.
Since these bandits set a high value on a final formation I improvised a bit.
have fun watching & best regards leocrotta (nani)

Wiki wrote:Hodor
Hodor is a simple-minded giant who works as a stableboy at Winterfell. He is Old Nan's great-grandson. Though his true name is Walder, he is usually called "Hodor" because that is the only word he ever says. No one knows exactly what "hodor" means or why he says it. He has a friendly, childish disposition and is easily frightened despite his great strength.

Re: Re:
I don't know if anyone knows who the real Hodor player is on the ladder, but he needs to make a comeback in a serious way. I love watching his games. Hodor is a really fun style to watch, which is obviously evident from the amount of downloads he has had on his replays. If you feel the same way I do, make your voice heard.
May the power of Hodor be with you...
So yah... Here are a couple "team Hodor" matches to add to the archives. Also, a turn 6 surrender on Freelands.
Here's the 1 on 1 win...
