76-2

Post by dfranke »

It took me 18 scenarios to set this up :-). Screenshot from Eastern Invasion of a grand knight with an amulet (arcane melee) attacking a death knight during daytime with leadership from a grand marshal.

Did the grand knight miss two times? :D
I don't see any problems with an elf-woman hitting somebody with a mace...

Hmm, looking at the DK's sprite I just noticed; wouldn't wearing plate make a skeleton *more* vulnerable to pierce and blade? Even if it doesn't, it's not like it will stop impact damage, so what's the point?

Is that the highest possible damage? I mean surely 152 is good, but you didn't mention if the grand night had a strength trait or not, i'm too lazy to figure out the math.

I think I once calculated that the highest damage useing mainline units and items in one it was a strong yeti that had been given holy water being charged by a chocobone. Holy water has been replaced by arcane water, but even then it would be (32*2*1.5=96)

Sadly that's a no. If he were strong it'd be 81-2.

You forgot to have it being led by a fire dragon. +25% = 120-2.

They're in TRoW and TSoF, and they're defined in the core/ tree.

You don't get fire drakes in Era of Myths, I don't think. They are a lvl 5 unit, and in no era that I know of is their a unit that advances too it.

So what he have here is a strong Yeti (base 33-2) given arcane water (+50% vs chocobone) charged by a chocobone (+100% retaliation) When being led by a fire dragon (+25%) for a total of 124-2 damage.

That would be one dead chocobone.
