Im so confused, so much incomplete races, it would much more better if there was forum abou finished races or units.

I don't understand.
There are discussions about standard races in the strategy forum.
And there aren't that many standard eras and factions. And races under development are under development, so people need to discuss about them.
Maybe if you'd like to explain your point a little more...

Sites, sites, sites about races and some have downloads, some dont have downloads some are finished...

Well, AFAIK, there is only one site. Maybe you're speaking about pages and threads about them, but I don't see how it could be done clearerly*.

I suppose he is complaining that the faction developement forum contains to many uncompleted factions so he can't find playable and finished factions.

Clearer is the word you want.

Anyway, I think he means either the threads about factions and races, or the seperate forums for them (IE, probably some others, and spacenoth*)

* Yes, I know, it isn't a faction.

In that case, you may prefer to have a single Release Forum for factions, maps, scenarios, campaigns and graphics.

HOWEVER, I think we have enough forums here and no more should be required.

Instead, a good idea would be to build a "Finished Stuff Directory" in the wiki.

I agreed that we must finish sites where downloads race have download finished before more sites and races for download. Of course it is some (not all) which are download sites, sites, sites.

Our wiki would do just fine for that purpose then. The pages regarding user-made content seem to me to be hopelessly outdated, mostly referring to the 1.0.2 server and so on. These pages (http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/UserScenarios, http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/Status_of_User_Scenarios, etc) should either be wiped and recreated or heavily updated. If that was done, it would be easy and logical to create a separate section/page for eras and such that are in a rather finished state.

If only some would want to do that (most likely not).
