The feet are kind of large - almost like an Elephant. Maybe make them more clawed and smaller.

(Note that I can't draw worth spit, so that suggestions may be totally off-base.)

To me it looks like an elephant sized mouse, not a vicious, rabid rat. It's got the cutesy, fluffly look. I suggest browing it, making the fur more all over the place, sharper claws and a narrower face.

Actually i like him whit that elephant size maybe ill call him "Elephant rat"

Well since my rat is so big it may be a mutant rat, and dwarves dont have riders so i made a rat rider

Heh, a level where you've been shrunk, great possibilities. Especially having a foot of '...' unit. The person who shrunk you is trying to smush you, and you poke his feet.

Or the elephant sized mouse/rat can spook the elephants.

It probably got so large from eating its children(like Shelob). Mice do eat their kids when they feel stressed.
