I'll see what I can do about it.

Please send my the balanced units when you're ready, then I'll make a release. Or we can download the dark elves from the extended era that already have some balancing done.

Feel free to do so if you want, BTW i consider the Dark elves is probably still the most unbalanced faction in the Extended Era.
Also it would be nice if you could find some more descriptive names than 'magic' (which is the current name for the attacks) for the ranged attack of the units of the Wizard & Cleric lines.

Fire Dragon bug

Post by b00g3y »

Sorry, not sure if this has already been addressed, but i'm playing on 1.1.11, and on the level "treasure", it crashes due to a unknown unit type, "Fire Dragon." sorry, just thought i'd bring it to your attention

Gah, my blasted internet is so speratic, it's not even funny. I'll be gone for a few weeks until I get a new card, so I won't be able to post for a while.

Ryorin has all the info I think, and we know of all the bugs and map errors, so things should go on just as slowly as they are know without me.

Not quite as busy, beginning to write. Are we even still working on this though? BTW, I'm not a procrastinator, but college is a pain.

don't know. I'm only doing random WML now that all the projects I am part of are inactive.

I was interested in trying this campaign; however, the only version that appears to be on the server (on port 15002) is version 0.4.2a, shich is clearly out of date. I can't find anything on 003 or 004 (the default for the current version). Am I just being slow, or should the latest version be around there somewhere?

Thanks.

Eventually we'll get it up on the server. I'll see if ILikeProgramming will do it.

There is this server problem :? . Plus, I want to put it up on the dev server because it is far from being completed.

Actually, I think this campaign needs complete redo-al. It has very little variety of scenarios. httt has different terrains and maps, trow has many different factions, utbs has hundreds of pages of WML, but our campaign has little variation between scenarios.

Yes, a complete redo. It'll be a lot of work but it would work. I'll start brainstorming (with myself) for new ideas. I'll PM you later (That's code for eventually)
