Yet another unnecessary drake map

Post by Sauron »

I meant it NE+SW vs SE+NW, drake-friendly small/mid-sized map.
size:21x21. Any balancement remarks are welcome.

I'd be curious to know why you want the map to be Drake friendly.

:?:
I will not tell you my corner / where threads don't get locked because of mostly no reason /
because I don't want your hostile disease / to spread all over the world.
I prefer that corner to remain hidden /
without your noses.

MP games with only 1 village per side I can only imagine to be very boring. Luckily for you they fill the healing role of Oasii and also add strategical depth to the map.

You don't need to take out all of them, but 3:1 Oasis:Village just seems unfair.

ps, where will Knalgans fight?

From where I am laying the ratio seems to be 1:1, but it might be good to remove the oasis that is paired up with a village.

Looks like this map is full of surprises.

There's even a fourth village tucked in beside the keep.

And the castle? My goodness, that looks downright ugly by today's standards. :P

Yeah, I'd actually vote for replacing all of the grassland with lava.

That unfairly disadvantages the saurian half of the drake faction. :)

Hmmm

Post by Sauron »

Played several games on it, the experience is pretty good. Especially well works cross-map team placement. No balancing remarks from payers. The remarks in the thread so far are... off topic?
Thanx 4 your time/attention though :).

I still don't get who they're paying. Who are these payers I keep hearing about? :P
