Quality of MP players

Maybe he just happened to pick the same name? I mean, it's a word in the dictionary... (mythological?) come on, give the guy a chance before banning IPs.

It's at least slightly possible that he just picked the same name, and every single one of you has played Wesnoth and watched one of your units get hit five times in a row on 70% terrain... you know what I mean.

Well not that I am extreamly mad at that guy or something but someone that I have seen on MP for the first time on the server bragged that he defeated me repeatedly and that I dont know how to play. On the other hand, it is true that I dont have an exclusive right to that nick as neither of us have, but does that mean that me that me or someone else can log in as some other player ? He knows that I have the same name and he doesnt seem to care... its a tricky situation, situation that I dont want to blow out of proportion and that is why I havent posted about this earlier

Heh, well if he is using your name on purpose, I agree that is pretty lame. I just meant that maybe he picked it by chance, but if such is not the case, that's another story. I wouldn't want anyone else to impersonate me, either.
