I guess mine would be either Google or other. I did a search on google for free turn based strategy games and Wesnoth was at the top so I clicked on it and have been happy ever since : )

i've found it a long time ago on the games_knoppix cd (3.7 and wesnoth 0.8x i think or maybe a bit newer 0.9x)

Found this game quite long ago (over a year) on apple-website. I played it a bit at start, and more now.

I saw it quite a few places before reading the review on HOTU. That convinced me to give it a try. I'm glad I did.

Evil Avatar, a gaming news site, had an article about various freeware games and most people were praising Battle of Wesnoth, so I decided to come here and snoop around a little bit. I'm glad I did because this is a wonderful game.

i found wesnoth on a school computer while bored in a typing class three years ago and i got over the course of a week to elensefar in httt and then just last week i found it through google while looking for free tun based strategy games, i had really liked the game and looked for it(like to buy) and was very happy when i found it again :)
